PERMITS- trip and overload permits
DISABLED PARKING PLACARDS- originals and renewals
VOTER REGISTRATION - accept voter registration applications
RETURN CHECKS - full payment
ADDRESS CHANGES that do not involve issuance of a driver's license or ID card
TRANSCRIPTS - vehicle and driver transcripts
COMPLIANCE SUMMARY - shows requirements to clear customer DMV record
This office is located on the second floor of the Veterans Memorial Building (county administration building) at 106 Rucker Street, Stuart, Virginia.
This is not a full service Department of Motor Vehicle Customer Service Center. Transactions not provided include all driver license and identification card transactions.
